The STAR MASTER WAX COTTON is a version of NOVESTA’s signature low-top sneaker. It is based on a classic design originally used for military and work footwear and preserved since the factory’s earliest years.

The colors of the Autumn/Winter 2026 collection were inspired by walking through Bratislava, Slovakia, and Prague, Czech Republic, and observing shades that blend naturally into their cityscapes. The upper is paired with a colored natural rubber sole.

The upper uses British-made Hybrid Aero waxed cotton from Halley Stevensons, a Scottish fabric manufacturer established in 1864. Wax is bonded to 100% cotton to create a lightweight, water-repellent material that develops greater character with wear. It is not completely waterproof.

An arch-support insole supports the foot, while durable vulcanized construction and cotton laces complete the design. Each pair is made at NOVESTA’s own factory in Slovakia.
