5. Sales Prices

Prices shown on each product page include Japanese consumption tax.

6. Charges Other Than Product Prices

  • Domestic shipping within Japan: JPY 700, tax included, for all destinations except Okinawa; JPY 2,000, tax included, for Okinawa. Domestic orders totaling JPY 12,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Convenience-store payment fee via KOMOJU: JPY 190.
  • International shipping and payment processing fees vary by destination and method used. Please see Shipping and delivery for details.

7. Payment Deadline

Convenience-store payments must be completed within three days of the order date. If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, the order will be cancelled automatically.

8. Payment Methods

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
  • Regional online payment methods: Bancontact and iDEAL | Wero.
  • KOMOJU convenience-store payments, Paidy, Rakuten Pay, and mobile payments: PayPay and Merpay.
  • WeChat Pay, Alipay, PAYCO, AlipayHK, and d-Barai.

9. Payment Timing

Credit-card and other online payments are due at the time specified by the applicable payment service. Convenience-store payments must be completed within three days of the order date.

10. Delivery Timing

Domestic orders are normally dispatched within two business days of the order date. Orders paid for at a convenience store will be dispatched after payment has been confirmed.
International orders are normally dispatched within three business days of the order date. Delivery times vary by destination.

11. Order Cancellations

To request cancellation after placing an order, please contact us through the contact form. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatch processing has been completed.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer. If you contact us within three days of delivery regarding an evident initial defect, we will inspect the item and consider an appropriate response.
One size exchange for a non-defective item may be accepted only if you contact us within three days of delivery and the item is unworn, except for indoor fitting while wearing socks. The prescribed exchange fee and round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders from international customers.

13. Return Shipping Costs

We will bear the return shipping cost only if our inspection determines that the item is defective. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs regardless of the reason for return.

As a general rule, purchases are limited to the quantities shown as available on each product page.
