1. 引渡し時期
国内発送：通常ご注文から2営業日以内に発送いたします。ただし、決済のタイミングにより発送時期が異なります。以下をご確認ください。
海外発送：当店から直接ご購入の場合、通常3営業日以内にDHL Express Worldwideで発送します。配送までの所要日数はエリアによって異なりますが、概ね4〜5日となります。
2. 商品の発送について
商品の発送は、お客様のご注文いただいた時間帯により、「当日発送になる場合」と「当日発送にならない場合」がございます。注文日の午前11:00までに注文いただいた場合は「当日発送」となり、それ以降に注文いただいた場合には「注文日の翌営業日の発送」となります。土曜、日曜、および祝日の注文については「翌営業日」の発送となります。
3. コンビニ決済を選択されたお客様へ
コンビニ決済でご購入の場合、商品の発送は「ご入金後」になります。また、ご入金のタイミングによっては、お届け希望日に配送を行えません。お届け希望日を指定される場合には、「注文日に」コンビニにて決済をお済ませください。

1. Dispatch timing
Domestic shipping: Orders are normally dispatched within two business days. Dispatch timing may vary depending on when payment is completed. Please see the details below.
International shipping: Orders purchased directly from our store are normally dispatched within three business days by DHL Express Worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are generally four to five days.
2. Order dispatch
Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. on a business day may be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
3. Convenience-store payments
Orders paid for at a convenience store are dispatched only after payment has been received. Depending on the payment timing, we may not be able to meet a requested delivery date. If you select a delivery date, please complete the convenience-store payment on the order date.
