NOVESTA FLUX is a new form of sneaker created for flowing, powerful walking. NOVESTA has reimagined it as a ``vehicle for the body'' by combining a thick rubber sole measuring approximately 4.5 cm with a shape that allows the body to move forward naturally when walking.
What is NOVESTA FLUX?
The name FLUX has the meaning of a shoe that conveys energy in a flowing manner and is like a vehicle that you can ride your body on and kick. Numerous parts are arranged to support the shoe's housing while protecting your feet while walking, creating both a voluminous appearance and a comfortable feel for moving forward.

Slovakia's design history has a unique style influenced by Bauhaus and Brutalist architecture. FLUX is inspired by the NOVESTA archives and the retro-futuristic vehicle featured in the Czechoslovak science fiction film Upír z Feratu. The three-dimensional structure of the parts is reminiscent of architecture or science fiction products, creating a presence unlike any other sneaker.
Structure with consideration to materials and ease of walking
The upper is made of cowhide and nylon, the lining is made of synthetic leather, and the sole is made of rubber for wear resistance. The thick sole has firmness and volume, but it also has a shape that allows your body to lean forward when walking, making it easier to move forward. This model combines manufacturing cultivated at our own factory in Slovakia with a new walking sensation.

The size of FLUX is similar to NOVESTA MARATHON, so if you use MARATHON, please choose the same EU size as a guide. If you are choosing NOVESTA for the first time, you can check the CM notation of the sneakers you usually wear and the EU notation. About the design
Unique forms exist in the history of Slovak design, influenced by Bauhaus and Brutalist architecture. The FLUX model draws inspiration from NOVESTA’s archives and is grounded in a uniquely cultivated design history and our newfound curiosity for science fiction. Inspired by the Czechoslovak science fiction film “Upír z Feratu,” which features a retro-futuristic vehicle, we created a new form by defining footwear as an ergonomic, flowing vehicle for the body.
