This time, we will trace the blue architecture and design culture that remains in Slovak cities. I chose NOVESTA's blue color that resonates with the scenery.
Blue Church in Bratislava
In Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, there is St. Elizabeth's Church, affectionately known as the "Blue Church." It is an Art Nouveau building built in the early 20th century. Both the exterior walls and interior are wrapped in pale blue. The entire building is connected with different shades of blue, down to the blue majolica and glazed tiles.
Blue is no small decoration here. This is the color that creates the walls and outlines them. Use a wide range of soft blues and highlight details with white. This balance also applies to summer outfits.
The western Slovak town of Modra also has a culture of color and materials. In 1883 a pottery workshop and school was established. Majolica decorates architecture and pottery remains in everyday vessels. The technique of fixing the color to the surface of the pottery gives the Slovak blue its depth.

ŠUR (School of Arts and Crafts) was active in Bratislava from 1928 to 1939. It is the first public art school born in Slovakia. He laid the foundation for modern design education by crossing over graphics, photography, ceramics, fashion, and film.

MARATHON TRAIL is made of cream nylon and suede with a thin blue effect. The blue outline tightens your feet while maintaining a brightness close to white.
Adopts a TRAIL sole that is a reproduction of the factory outsole. The color scheme, inspired by Alphonse Mucha's color palette, naturally connects summer white and blue.
GERMAN TRAINER SUMMER BLUE
A lightweight summer model made of recycled nylon and suede. The lining that won't get stuffy and the classic slender silhouette will make your feet look neat.
The pale blue color and white sole go well with white tops and denim. It is suitable for days when you want to keep the color as the main character while keeping the whole thing calmly put together.
MARATHON RUNNER SUPER TRAIL BLUE
A lightweight running model made of bright blue nylon and cowhide. The light blue parts and gum-colored protruding sole create a clear rhythm within the pair.
Inspired by running shoes from Central and Eastern Europe in the 1970s. Paired with a thick SUPER TRAIL sole, it combines retro contours with modern comfort.

MARATHON is a deep, clear blue made of synthetic leather. A PETA-certified vegan model that does not use animal materials. The lining is also unified with synthetic leather.
Adopts a TRAIL sole that provides easy grip even on rough roads. A pair of shoes that combines bright colors and ease of everyday walking.
STAR MASTER CLASSIC 91 DENIM
A classic STAR MASTER that takes advantage of the rustic texture of Czech denim. A natural rubber sole is combined using the vulcanized method. It's a blue color that takes on a denim look the more you wear it.
STAR MASTER DUO SOUL
STAR MASTER is made of white organic cotton canvas with blue-green heels. The accent color stands out on the feet, which are all white, even down to the natural rubber sole.
The base is the military and workpiece molds that have remained since the factory was founded. The simple outline of the vulcanized manufacturing method has been updated with a pop color scheme. PETA certified vegan version.
STAR MASTER WASHED BLUE
Washed organic cotton. The soft blue color blends in with your clothes from the moment you put it on. White eyelets and striped insoles add a little rhythm.
STAR MASTER HERRINGBONE ULTRAMARE
An organic cotton model with beige and pale blue woven into a herringbone pattern. When you look at it from a distance, it's a calm blue. Close up, a fine woven pattern appears. This pair is perfect for days when you want to make a difference with the texture of the material.
Navy and beige｜Wear deep blue lightly
MARATHON TRAIL NAVY/BEIGE
A classic color that combines navy cowhide and beige nylon. White shoelaces and a gum-colored TRAIL sole connect the two colors. The reason why even dark blue doesn't look heavy is because of the beige area.
Adding unbleached socks and red lines will naturally evoke memories of sports. It is a color scheme that is easy to use as a blue that connects from summer to autumn.
MARATHON TRAIL OFFWHITE/MIDNIGHT BLUE
Off-white and deep navy suede curve the upper. This color scheme is suitable when you want to incorporate dark-colored shoes without making them look as heavy as black during the season when white clothes increase.
MARATHON RUNNER SUPER TRAIL NAVY/WHITE
Using wrinkled nylon and cowhide, we switched between navy and white on a large scale. A thick SUPER TRAIL sole and lightweight upper enhance the retro running shoe profile.
COMING SOON｜Blue that continues into the next season
A new blue will also appear in the collection scheduled to be released in September 2026. From light colors in the summer to slate blues and navy in the fall. You can enjoy the deepening of the color as the material changes.
STAR MASTER CONTRAST STITCH NAVY
This is the 2026 fall/winter model, which was created by walking around the streets of Bratislava and Prague, looking for colors that blend into the scenery. I ran white stitches on navy cotton canvas. The natural rubber sole in natural colors softens the contours.
TRAMPKY ALL SUEDE SLATE BLUE
Slate blue cowhide suede with hints of gray is matched with a black sole. A rounded silhouette inspired by Slovakian mountain boots. The quiet blue color, which is different from the summer sky blue, connects to autumn attire.
GERMAN TRAINER ALL SUEDE NAVY/SAND
The navy and sand color scheme is inspired by Czech and Slovak cityscapes. Contrast is added to the tongue and heel using high-quality cowhide suede. A pair of shoes that makes the deep blue look lighter with the sandy color.
