Customers who review products at the NOVESTA JAPAN official store within one week of purchase, and customers who purchase a second pair of shoes, will receive a special NOVESTA sticker (by mail). Please see below for how to review.

We have received many inquiries about the size of NOVESTA in particular. The correspondence between EU sizes and CM sizes is not strict, and many customers wear different sizes even if they have the same CM size. We would appreciate it if you could fill in the details.
