We are currently experiencing an issue where order confirmation emails, delivery notification emails, and email news sent by our store are not reaching mobile phone carrier email addresses. In particular, there is a high rate of emails not being delivered to email addresses. We ask that customers allow emails from by setting the following receiving list and rejection list. We also recommend using gmail or PC email addresses rather than mobile phone carrier email addresses. Please check this.
